How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. After shipping, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping & Handling page for details.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Please email us before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy for all conditions.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists the available sizes, and product descriptions include a size guide where the manufacturer provides one. If you are unsure or between sizes, email us at contact@pregfancy.com with your usual size and we will help you choose.
Which pregnancy pillow is right for me?
U-shaped pillows support your back and belly at the same time, which many side sleepers like. L- and J-shaped pillows take up less space in the bed. Wedge pillows are small and targeted. If you are not sure, tell us how you sleep and we will suggest an option.

Are massage products safe to use during pregnancy?
